Fatal Initialization Error - Windchill Reliability & Prediction (MTBF)

Greetings...

This is with respect to the installation of Windchill Reliability & Prediction (MTBF)

We at TAFE have purchased the windchill Reliability & Prediction tool to use the MTBF functionality.

I tried to install the same in my PC with IT team's support & the SW has been installed.

While trying to open the SW, following error pops up:
"Fatal Initialization Error: cannot open user settings file(RlxOpt.mdb)"

Kindly guide me in this regard.

PS: In the product drop-down, only "Mathcad" option was present and so the same has been selected
