Federation anybody?

We have a requirement from a customer to federate data from our Windchill system to theirs. We have implemented some of their requirements, but now need to implement some additional transactions. Right now we don't have the bandwith to staff this internal and are looking for possible resources, companies, that could help us staff this need.
