Find Variances by Workflow status in QB

Is it possible to generate a Variance report by searching for the Workflow Status of the Change Object itself? Not using Change Task/Activities object. With Query Builder.

The attached will find the workflows of variance change objects , not sure about the second part with taskcan you add some scrennshots
