FMEA workflows

Hi this question is regarding FMEA workflows.

How to execute FMEA workflows in Windchill Quality Soluion .

As in Iam able to add the workflow steps .

But when Iam trying to email that ,the send option to deliver the workflow task is not coming.Please help me asap.
