Hi, does anyone know if it's possible to force a FRACAS form to appear immediately following an incident insertion?

Hi Bernadette,

Do you mean in webaccess? You can create a URL that takes you directly to a form for a new incident in webaccess. When the incident has been inserted the form is automatically closed. Would that work?

Hi Conny, yes I think that would work for one of my groups.

Is this covered in the web reference manual?

The functionality Conny referred to is documented in detail. You can find it in the WQS 10.2 Web Access Reference Guide, starting on page 524.
