fresh copies of the OOTB report templates

Hi team

Looking in the Report Templates area, I suspect some OOTB reports got corrupted. It's a long story.

How can I get fresh copies of the OOTB report templates for WC 12.0.2.5? Is there a way to extract them from the installation media?

All OOTB reports are located in a loadFile folder in xml format.

 

...\Windchill\loadFiles\reports

    Hi Petr

    Wait .. there are files here which were modified just a few days ago, and thinking back, those are reports I was changing in the course of my report development. I don't normally change OOTB reports, but mistakes happen.

     

    How can I find the original WC12 versions of these report templates, as delivered by PTC in the install media?

      Heh that is funny 😄 that xmls are updated by change in Windchill Reporting.

       

      The instalation xmls are in "MED-60418-CD-111_F000_Services\Disk1\InstData\Resource1.zip\$WC_MODULES$\load_zg_ia_sf.jar\loadFiles\reports\"
