Generating cover sheet with more than one lifecycle state

In the Document of the knowledge base cs175282 there is a statement: Only one lifecycle state can be used at a time and not multiple lifecycle states.

Does anyone publishes PDF from Word Documents using Cover Sheet from the Adobe DOC Worker at more than one lifecycle state ?

For example, is there are more than one type of Document having different lifecycle templates without any common state for adding a cover sheet, how can I do that ?
