Getting error message "(string reference not set to an instance of a string. parameter name: s)"

Hello Trekiel,

 

I tried the steps mentioned in this post by user "Trekiel" but, I am getting this error message (string reference not set to an instance of a string. parameter name: s). How to resolve on this.?
