Golf_CART Product doesn't shows any documents and WC parts ?

Hi Experts,

 

I am just wondering is there any data inside the GOLF_CART product?

I have installed the WC 13 successfully with demo and all other data load conditions are checked during the installation. Installation was successful but I haven't check GOLF_CART product.

Now I can see it doesn't show up any demo data?

No CAD documents and No WC parts etc   Can someone confirm it the GOLF_CART is having any data when we load a demo Data during the installation. 

or If I have missed anything or any sort of issue which can cause this?

It will be great help if get any suggestions on this as we are bit stuck here ...

The golf cart should have some data :

you can try to reload the demo data manually , maybe something went wrong during installation .

 I did tried the manual upload it says its complete but doesn't show up in the Windchill. check below images...any other suggestion so far, I recall there was no error...and sadly other Product like "Drive Systems" and other shows the data only issue with GOLF_CART...

Do you see any errors in MS either during load or when accessing the loaded product ?

is this specific to Golf_Cart do you see data for Drive System ?

I have always thought the Golf_Cart demo was product structure only, no CAD files.

    I was going to say that too. There were representations loaded but you cannot load CAD from ImportfromFile methods.

    The issue looks more permission issue , even the 2 OOTB folders Design and manufacturing are missing on the screenshot

    Hi Fedel,

    I am still in discussion with PTC but no solution on this yet. We did try below solution but no luck

    1.Manually data upload

    2.Copying the Golf kart folder from other server where it looks fine and rerunning the loading demo data. Physical files are present inside the gold kart folder on system but unfortunately, it's not visible or loaded to the WC. No success yet.

    3. We tired clearing the Chache but no luck so far

     

    PTC support team is working on it and solution is still awaiting.

    I'm working internally with the colleague owning the TS case , this a community board with no guarantee to have a resolution .

    On the TS Case ,we can at a point involve R&D and get a resolution as WC13 is supported .
