Help creating a QB report to capture Ad-Hoc attributes

Greetings Gurus,

I have a workflow with Ad-Hoc activities. I want to build a report that allows me to see all the workitems attributes when querying the PBO, which in this case is a ECN.
I am looking for the appropriate joins in query builder to gather attributes from a workitem that was generated from an Ad-Hoc activity.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Does this include the "activities" that are attached to the child Change Tasks as well? Most ECN's encompass multiple workflows at somepoint in time being that Change Tasks have their own workflows. I have all of this but just wanted to clarify what you needed

Yes. I think I have that figured out by joining WorkItem -> wfAssignment -> wfAssignedActivity etc. I really just need to figure out how to join the Workitems generated from the wfAdHocActivity instead of wfAssignedActivity.
