Hide Consumed Parts in 3D

I am using Windchill MPMLink Release 12.1 and Datecode with CPS 12.1.1.5

In the BOM Transformer, the Hide Consumed Parts in 3D function is not working or enabled. There is no article from PTC about this topic.

Here are the errors that I faced
There is no error message. simply the function is not enabled.

Is the Incremental Loading in Visualization Tab preference is set to Yes?

This most probably relates to kb article CS390712.
