Use Case: Adding new BOM types
Description:
Is there a way to create a new view type in windchill? When I click new view, the only option I see is "Manufacturing", but I want to create a new type to add to that drop down.
Yes, you can change that name to something else or create new downstream views. On the site - utilities page, there is View Administration. It can be done there.
