How do I export windchill usernames?

Hello,

I am looking for a way to export all the usernames in the windchill system. Ultimately the goal probably will be to import those names into an excel spreadsheet. Any suggestions?

Use the query builder (Report Manager)

Create new report with wt.org.WTUser type and select what you need.

    Below some report already available on users

     

    Report which lists the user with its associated profile

     

    Report to list all the Users in Organization

      If you are on WC 12 .0 or newer, you can export directly from the members table of a group (if you have a group with everyone in it)
