How do I remove Change Management Workflow Comments

I'm nearing the end of a revision to our Change Management workflow and I'd like to remove the 'Comments' text field from the various assigned activities in both the Change Notice and the Change Activities.

I've poked around a bit but can't locate any information on how to remove that.

Suggestions greatly appreciated.
