How do I search my workspaces for a new part or drawing I created?

I created a new drawing a part in one of my workspaces, but between switching to other projects I forgot which workspace I created it in.  How do I search all my workspaces for this part and locate which one it is located in.  Is there a way to search your workspaces?

Hi,

within a workspace you can use the Search table functionalities (make sure you have the appropriate views).

If you want search within all your workspaces, you can use the advanced search, select the right object type (I think it is cabinet).

By default, the system knows that you have access to your workspaces and will return the results if any matches

Actually if you do not upload the CAD Model you are not able to find it by any users friendly way. 

If the CAD Model is uploaded, then Windchill system knows about this object and you can use a simple search

 

If you need to know where the not uploaded models are located in the local cache workspace then you have to go to the cache folder

Then you have to use search tool and search the file name inside the files.

then you can locate where the model is stored.
