How effective is CAD data and WTParts management?

Check-In to create parts associated with CAD data.
Each is stored in the Design and Manufacture folders.
Specify each default folder as an object initialization rule.
The user creates a subfolder for the product and manages it by moving the object to that folder.
What is a better way to manage it?
