Version: Windchill 13.0

Use Case: I want to be able to add a watermark on a Dynamic Document, this doc has a PDF representation.

Description:

Watermark from the Actions menu of dynamic documents is greyed out and cannot be triggered using the API workflow code.

Wincom (Windchill Extension - Watermarks) opened a ticket with my team and created a BETA release where the Actions > Watermark option was no longer greyed out for EPM documents. We are now able to Overwrite and Download the EPM doc with our custom watermark as intended. It is also a part of a workflow, and the watermark is successfully being applied when a document changes to the Released state. Big thank you to the Wincom developers.

Hello,

I am using Arbortext as the authoring tool for the dynamic documents (DITA docs) and these documents were uploaded into Windchill as Dynamic Documents. We have the Watermark (wex-watermark-adv) and Watermark Manager extension.
