How to change the GUI language of intralink 10.2

Hello,
we are using Creo4.0 M140 with Intralink 10.2 in Windows 10. Some colleagues have Intralink with German language, some have English version and some have Chinese language in Intralink. Could you tell me how to change the language of Intralink GUI? Thank you.

Hello Sir,

thanks for your help. I had a try according to your linked topic, but didn't get success in Windows10+Edge. Many months ago I did similar changes and got success under Creo4 M100+Windows7+IE. So I think these settings are controlled by our IT now.
