How to change wcadmin account password

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 10.2 and Datecode with CPS M010

How to change the wcadmin account password, through the interface changes, after a while can not be used, and affect the use of the work machine

    Hello @志张-2 

    Administrator can go to participant administration on a site level and search for the wcadmin user 

    in the edit wizard you can change the wcuser password.

    Or you can allow the changing password to the user if you use openDJ Windchill Directory Server

      When changing site admin password pay attention if this user is used by other Windchill software components.

       

      For example, the CAD worker is using a Windchill account, if you don't update the file containing the authentication information the WIndchill Visualization services won't work.

      Good point,

      if the admin user is used for visualization worker, and the password has been changed, then the account is always blocked after visualization start because there is set wrong password for visualization.

      Check and correct auth.properties if this is case.
