how to change windchill mail?

Hi 

i started approval promotion request

and windchill send email to aprrover or reviewer

Can I change the address for windchill to send this email?
How do I change it?
Do I need to configure and change SMTP?
It seems to be the email address I registered at the time of installation or the email address of the site administrator.
If I do not configure SMTP on Windchill, will not my notifications be sent?
