How to Connect Multiple Cad Appliations to Workgroup Manager?

I have a user that needs to connect workgroup manager to AutoCAD Mech. and also AutoCAD Elect. Currently he registers to one application and then changes to the other each time he uses the applications. Is there a better way to connect Workgroup manager to two CAD applications?

I was hoping maybe I could use a batch file so I could create two different startup options or something like that.

I just noticed this Document - CS19175 looks like the only way to change applications is to unregister one and then register the other. Shows not plans to fix in 9.1 and 10.0 anyone tried with newer versions?
