How to create OVerloaded CADBOM in Windchill?

I want to define an overloaded CADBOM (150% BOM) for EPMDocument Product structure.

What are the methods available in Windchill to achieve this using Options & Variants features?

I know how to do this for EBOM(WTPart BOM).

you need to explore Dynamic Positioning Architecture and Locators

Dynamic Positioning with Options and Variants (ptc.com)

There's an old way of doing that with a "Platform" Creo Licence , but not sure that it is still existing/supported

I m aware that we can use Creo Options Modeler to create overloaded CADBOM in Creo session.

Is it possible to upload this overloaded CABOM as-is from Creo to Windchill.? After upload, there will Configurable Product & Configurable Modules in EPMDocument structure.
