How to delete a new version of 3D and drawing in winchill?

I accidentally created a new version of a part's model and drawings. I want to delete the files for this new part, but the operation keeps failing. What is the cause, and how can I resolve this?

Please post the error message you are seeing. If could be that its in a user’s workspace. Might need admin rights to remove. versions should be able to be deleted and returned to previous one.

You need to work backwards through the structure to delete them. Assuming the part/assembly has not been used in another assembly, delete the drawing first. Then delete the assembly and finally the parts.
