How to get queued items to publish on two cadworkers

I have two virtualized visualization servers created in Windchill. I can get the first to run the publishing queue items, but the second one keeps going offline and won't stay online when an item is needed. It is taking a long time for the one to get through the queue, which is the reason for the second. Has anyone had any luck getting two to work together?
