How to import excel to list library

Dear,

For the FMEA within our company we have an excel sheet with a lot of FM.

I would like to import this excel sheet into a list library.

From reading in the forum I see that this is possible with FRACAS. But we don't have the FRACAS module.

Is there a possibility to solve this using Excel?
