How to install Service information manager

Hello ,

I want to know how to install and configure Service information manager in windchill .

Which installable i require if share snapshot of windchill installable . It will be easy also share configuration document of it.

Please refer below steps to install the service information manager in Windchill:

Launch PTC Solution Installer (PSI)
Select Update Existing Installation -> Install Optional Components
Check below box(es) under Service Modules
- PTC Windchill Service Information Manager
- PTC Windchill Service Parts
Continue with PSI to complete installation
