How to integrate E3 ECAD with Windchill?

Dear All CAD experts,

Can anyone let me know how to integrate E3 ECAD toll with windchill?

Is it possible through WGM ?

Zuke E3 is not supported for any of versions of Windchill including 11. - http://support.ptc.com/WCMS/files/168115/en/Windchill11.0F000CADIntegrationMatrix_031116.pdf

and https://support.ptc.com/appserver/cs/view/solution.jsp?n=CS198102

You still can zip and upload E3 files as wtdocument to Windchill and link to product structure, but it will be treated as a normal zip file

Instead of Uploading your data to WTDocument.

I would recommend to use ECAD Neutral application. For the other un-supported eCAD tools, we can use ECAD neurtal application to manage the data, BOM, Viewables

I agree if you can translate E3 to neutral, then you can use it to create Windchill objects and links. Probably you can use Windchill Hooks to automate a lot of these stuffs - taking the pain away from user. I see even Zuken has a PDM Adapter too, may be worth looking at ZPA Integrations | Zuken. The solution depends on your business requirements.

Yes there is a way to integrate E3.Series data into both Windchill and also into the Creo MCad applications - although as has been highlighted it is not a PTC product but a Zuken product.

The link to Windchill works really well and covers more than simple document management.
