How to Link between Nonconformance and Disposition Action for Creating the Reports

When I am trying to create reports for the Disposition action, I need to combine the Nonconformance and Disposition Action. but when I create a link between these two and I select the Show join in use option in the Report it is not showing any joins.

What is the link between Nonconformance and Disposition Action, and How can I include the Disposition Action Task (NC Scarp, NC Return) in the Nonconformance? Coz I need to combine the Disposition Action task in the Nonconformance in one Report?
