How to measure ressource allocation in Windchill plans

Hello all,

I am currently working on the following request:

Using plans in Windchill (Project or Product) it is possible to allocate ressources with a configurable capacity on every task. If I am allocate the ressource multiple times in multiple planes, there could be a situation where the user is overbooked in a certain timeframe (plan activity 1 40% + plan activity 2 40% + plan activity 3 30% = 110%).

Is there a way to report this? Or even better - is it possible to avoid overbooking directly while creating a new task in a given time frame?

I used a WT report, which shows me the allocation over time and the capacity report given in the gantt-explorer, but still missing any kind of summation.
