How to prevent CAD information getting into ESIRelease files

Two questions.


I can't think of negative impact of removing this. If this is not advisable, please clarify. Why ERP systems need to know about PRT/ASM/DRWs released in Windchill and it is enough to send Part information.

you can filter out in tibco cbo schemas. Its all depends on customer ERP. Example Oracle Apps not support CAD documents, SAP will support well support all CAD documents.


Most of the customers not like to publish documents to ERPs. Most of them likes file vault system only. if you need any more information about Windchill and ERP integration, let me know.

We are not using TIBCO and having DT types of File, JMS and SOAP.

That is the case you have to extend and customize the ESI renderers only to manage ESI response file.
