How to return a UI feedback message from WVS post publish delegate

Hi,

We are performing some business logic on post-publish, in the delegate and in case of validations, need to send some kind of feedback message/alert to the User interface so that user is notified of the reason of any validations failures happening  in the delegate method. Want to understand what could be a solution to achieve this?

if anyone has worked on something similar request to please share any inputs, suggestions. Would really appreciate it.
