How to solve this problem: dbg_err_crash() - continuing from serious error (order_debug)

I am working with a vendor in Asia. He previously had Creo 3 installed. We are only at Creo Elements Pro. We asked vendor to use CEP. He installed CEP. Now when he tries to use Windchill to download models or check models in, The message dbg_err_crash() - continuing from serious error (order_debug) appears.

Does anyone know why this error comes up and the fix for it?

Anthony, does this happen with a new workspace cache? For all models downloaded/checked in? My guess is that he may be connecting CEP to the old Creo 3.0 cache and that could be causing problems.

If using a new cache doesn't fix it it would be best to open a case with Tech Support as it may require traceback.log analysis.
