How to take back up of Windchill Vaults ?

Hi All,

As I had seen in Windchill Upgrade Guide from 10.1 to 10.2  it says about Backing up of Windchill Vaults as.

" Back up your Windchill vaults on the master site as well as any remote sites "

So how do we back up Vaults on master and remote sites. Is it like just copying the  <Windchill>/vaults/defaultcachevault to another folder. And In case if we do have a custom vault. How do we back up that vault as well so as to proceed with the Windchill Upgrade ? Can you please let me know ?
