What do you really want to compare? OOTB compare function is there.

this compare report compares CAD Document to WTPart

An another way is a query builder but with the qb you can compare just one level of structure

Yes we can compare cad with wtpart. But how to export the report as file ?

What are you trying to accomplish with a file?

Like PetrH said, you could use query builder. There might be a better way, depending on what the end goal is.
