It is resolved now. It was due to in conf file email address was not correct.

There could be a ton of reasons why. Please post more information, errors you are seeing, OS you are using. Is it the PSI that is failing to start it? There is not much we can do with the little information you provided. Make sure you blank out personal information and hostnames from any postings.
