Yes, there are many knowledgeable people on this site, including some from PTC who are support or developers.

Search the site for your question as it may have been asked and answered before. Don't be afraid to ask even the simple questions as it may spark someone else who has thought about that but not acted on it yet.

It will help if you list the release and build of your Windchill system as things do change between releases.
