I can't add user to Participant Administration.

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 12.0 and Datecode with CPS 12.0.1.0 I can't add user to Participant Administration.

You are going to need to add some more details. 

method server log file at the time of performing this operation is a good start.

    Could you please clarify what you mean by can't add a user to Participant Administration?

    whether your goal is to create a new user or search for an existing user?
    Could you please provide a screenshot of the issue?
    Are you seeing any error messages in the UI? If so, please share a screenshot of the error.

      ultility->participant Administrator→ ( no group is show) when click add, I can’t find the user who need to be added. Even though, he is in AD group.

      looks like you need to force a resync of the AD with Windchill, The easiest is to restart windchill, clearing all temp files, tomcat and tasks.

      interesting When I removed the user from AD group, it removed from winchill. However, When I add new users, It is not added to winchill for all the groups.
