I encounter the below common error in my background method server every time it starts

Can someone help me understand the root of this error.

A similar error is present in our production environment and I am unable to understand the cause of this error.

Hi Joseph,

It might be related to Customization you have in your system, like to get IBA values for any IBA. Verify if any severe or failed entries in WFPropagation Queue and customization in 'ext.areva.util.IBAQueryUtils'
