I’d like to recommend to bring more details and context to your initial inquiry. For example:

  • Are email notifications working for other subscription types in your Windchill 12.0 environment, or is the issue only affecting Change Notice subscriptions?

  • When you created the subscription, did you subscribe to a specific Change Notice object, a Change Notice type, or through an event-based subscription?

  • Have you verified that the affected user has a valid email address configured in Windchill and is successfully receiving other system-generated emails?

Please add screenshot(s) to better understand what you are trying to do in your process.

There could be several reasons why the email is not being triggered.
Could you please confirm the following?

What events have you subscribed to?
Is the SMTP server configured in your Windchill instance?
Is the email queue enabled and started?
Is your user profile configured with the correct email address?

Could you please provide more details along with relevant screenshots?

I have verified all of this 
Enabled even on Change Notice Object on Edit attributes,Edit Contents and I have tried editing Change Notice but not the same another change notice from the same context no entry popping up in the Email queue no emails but it happens only for the Change Notice which is there in the Subscription.

I want to enable subscription notification for every change notice which is available in the Product when it is edited it should notify.

Hi ​@GP_13665873 

It is very simple. Add the notification rule in the Policy Administration. 

I test it and if you change the Cange Notice object then email is sent.

Just add a note: Do not expect the email if the Change Task object is changed.

If you set a subscription for ChangeNotice the email is not sent if just ChangeTask is changed. . 

You have to add another rule with that type of object. Change Task. 

 

Check your email queue on a site. You can try to stop the queue and modify the CN and check if the record is added,

Here is an example:

 

if the email queue does not contains new record for the email, your notifications are not correctly configured in the policy administration on the product context

 

PS:

the subscribe function is used only for one specific object not for a specific type of all objects
