I need a way to send bcco (blind carbon copy) to external mails using the Package feature.

I need a way to send informations about our products changes to multiple clients (external mails) using the Package Delivery feature with using blind copy (bcco) one client can`t see the others mails in the list. 

The impact is that each time our engineers need to comunicate our client is that they need to create more than 200 package for that. Anyone have a solution for that or a  way to send bcco using Windchill and keep the traceability?
