I want o create and manage 150% Overloaded BOM on CAD structure(EPMDocument Product Structure)

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 12.0 and Datecode with CPS 12.0.1.0

I want o create and manage 150% Overloaded BOM on CAD structure(EPMDocument Product Structure).So that, my EPMDocument structure contains Configurable Product & Configurable Modules. Also, I can add options and choices on my EPMDocument Structure.
