I was trying to create a report where I obtain all the stuck CN, where all the existing open task is completed and still the CN is in implementation or not resolved state. I have exported and attached the zip file for the report template for reference. using this report I was trying to fetch all the CNs which is having completed tasks and the CN is not yet resolved or canceled. However, even if I am getting the desired results, I am getting CN’s which is having failed/aborted queues and stuck CN , CN which is in running state for a long time, which is still showing as running in one of the sync robot. Those kind of results I am getting. Even the report has to be optimized. I am getting multiple rows in the report for a single CN, some CN in the report is having open tasks which needs to be completed. Where I wanted to have report with the CN’s where all the existing tasks has been closed/ completed, new task is not generated and the CN is not resolved yet. Also, the generated report does not have an information icon near the CN number, which is very much required. How to get this.

For information on how to get the info icon, you can read this article.

How to add a hyperlink of an object in the query builder report result in Windchill PDMLink

Check to see if this is what you're asking for, and then let's move on to the other questions, perhaps formatted a little better, because the way they're written above makes them hard to understand.
