Image icons are rendering in windchill

Hi,

 

Today I have an user faced an issue with his windchill UI when he could not see the image icons for his parts or objects. can you please advise what might be the root cause for this and remediation?

    Hi @SM_10773308 

    What the icons are?  I can see that it is a workspace table so do you use some custom datautility for the icon component? if so then in the workspace it can not work. 

     

    There are troubles with custom icons. They can not be shown correctly in the workspace table..

    If the issue is with just one user, I would try having the user delete their browser cache and see if that resolves it

    There can be an another reason, someone deleted the icons in the system 😄
