Import from Spreadsheet File Validation Error "Concurrently Updated"

Hi,

 

I'm using the Import from SpreadSheet command on Windchill 11.1

2 month ago it was working perfectly but I now encounter difficulties.

 

I use a recently exported file as template.

At the File Validation step, I have the following Error :

The Log file generated contain only the following lines : 

 

Uploading Excel file on Windchill server from primary content of the import job...

Sheet 1 "BOMSheet1":
PREVIEW RESULT : FAILED

 

 

Any idea what can "concurrently updated" mean for my Import Job file ?

Perhaps check in the Import Job Monitor for any that are still running, defining or any other state other than done/complete, and kill those jobs.

Thanks, I tried but no Job seems to be in execution.

But we may have a idea of what happens.
I work on a development instance of Windchill and not on the production one.

Currently on the dev instance there is no Worker Agent started, whereas at least one was probably running previously.

If the "Import from Spreadsheet" process request a Worker, it's probably the root cause ...

Thanks I read this article.
My case seems different cause the Spreadsheet scan abort at the very beginning.


My log file is only 3 lines long.
