Import function to update WTParts attributes takes very long

Hi

Hope someone can assist.

Our customer is making use of the Import function to change attribute values of existing WTParts.

They did a spreadsheet import which contains 43047 parts. The whole validation/import took about 54 hours to complete.

They would like to know if there is anything that they can do to speed up this process since this is a very long time for them to not be able to work/downtime?

I cannot find anything on eSupport... or I am just not using the correct keywords and that is perhaps why I am not getting a solution?
