Import or Load Part Instances

Hi all,

I have the Part Configuration object. I have to load / bulk create 100’s of Part Instances with Serial Nos, by giving the serial nos and basic info in an excel sheet or .csv sheet.

Is this possible? We are in Windchill 12.1.

Alternatively, is it possible to create a new WRS domain for Part Instance and define some custom PUT/POST functions in it?

Any experience on how this can be achieved.
