Impossible to download extension (.wexb)

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 12.0 and Datecode with CPS 12.0.2.4

From the Windchill Extension Website, it is impossible to download extensions (.wexb).
The download progresses almost until the end but on the last Megaoctet, the download hangs for few minutes and the download stop with "network error".
We tried on different computer with different web browser (Edge / Firefox / Opera) : Same behavior.

Here are the errors that I faced
"Impossible de télécharger - problème réseau"
"Impossible to download - network problem"

Thank you for your reply, I think there is some infrastructure issues from my compagny because I have the same issue but it works with my personal computer.

Maybe the antivirus or anything else.

Windchill 12.0.2.2 no issue. I can download extension file without any trouble.

I tried a free Load extension 😄

PS: There can be some PTC connection issue because I had some troubles to replay to this thread and I also experienced some login issues for last few hours.
