Improve Workspace Update Notifications in Windchill Workgroup Manager

When a user accepts a Workspace update notification, the information from the Commonspace is reflected in the Workspace. However, we believe that it is difficult for users to understand the potential impact of the update based solely on the current notification message.

In particular, when CAD data is being edited or when unsaved changes exist, accepting the update may cause users to perceive that in-progress attribute changes or name changes have been lost.

Therefore, we would like to request an enhancement to the Workspace update notification so that it more clearly informs users of the following:

・The update may affect unsaved changes or changes currently being edited.
・Information from the Commonspace will be applied to the Workspace.

This improvement would help users better understand the possible impact before accepting a Workspace update notification.
