In need of Windchill Bulk Migrator services - who to contact

Hello,

customer needs to migrate Autodesk Inventor CAD documents from Autodesk Productstream PDM to Windchill.

I noticed that Bulk Migrator supports Inventor. We do not have access to Bulk Migrator in I read that PTC GLobal Services (or PTC Professional Services) do this kind of work.

I couldn't find any reference or contact of PTC GLobal Services (PTC web site is of no use here).

So my question is who to contact for this kind of migration?
