In PTC Windchill Quality Solutions, we are getting TCP error code 10061. pls resolve the issue.

This issue typically occurs if your database is not connected.

Hi,

In PTC WQS11.0, when we try to get report from report wizard, it showing error that "printer not activated, error code -41". Pls help to resolve the issue.
